Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee projects from handover to completion. This individual will directly impact project success by managing field operations, keeping jobs on schedule, and maintaining strict budget and quality controls. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, proactive leader who bridges the gap between design, estimating, and field crews while maintaining excellent client communication. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of multiple landscape and irrigation projects simultaneously. Coordinate daily schedules, logistics, and material delivery schedules with the Procurement Manager. Direct field supervisors and construction crews, ensuring work meets project specifications and quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and landscape architects during construction. Track project budgets, labor hours, and material consumption to maximize profitability. Manage project documentation including change orders, requests for information (RFIs), and daily logs. Conduct regular site safety inspections and enforce OSHA and company safety standards. Trouble-shoot field issues, design conflicts, and schedule shifts proactively to keep jobs moving. Conduct final project walkthroughs, manage punch lists, and secure formal client sign-offs.
