Sr. Project Manager(Orlando, FL) Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment and technology company, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Orlando, FL. This role supports the Security portfolio within this company, focusing on enterprise-scale security initiatives. The Project Manager will manage a global MFA rollout ensuring compliance and coordination among app owners and technical teams. The role requires strong execution skills to navigate a heavily matrixed environment, driving accountability and adoption across multiple business units. What the right candidate will enjoy: High visibility within a global business and IT collaboration Interaction with VPs, Directors, and application owners globally Opportunity to lead significant security initiatives within a renowned organization What type of experience does the right candidate have: 10-15+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale projects Strong background in IAM/Identity Security Agile, Scrum, and PMP background Strong storytelling and executive presentation skills What the responsibilities are of the right candidate: Manage schedules, risks, and escalations across global time zones Track progress and compliance for all applications Communicate status to executives and prepare progress reports Create PowerPoints and talking points for SVP-level briefings Drive accountability, timelines, and adoption across multiple business units
