Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of construction management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in construction software, and a passion for driving project success through effective planning and communication. Duties Coordinate with clients, employees and vendors to ensure seamless project execution Monitor project progress daily, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained Prepare detailed reports on projects Lead contract negotiations and manage contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle Implement project scheduling best practices to optimize workflow efficiency Picking up and returning materials as occasionally needed Skills Proficiency in construction management software tools Strong knowledge of construction estimating, project scheduling, and contract management Extensive experience with construction site operations and blueprint reading Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively Deep understanding of construction management principles and practices Effective communication skills for clear coordination with diverse teams and stakeholders Familiarity with construction safety regulations and site supervision procedures Join us in leading innovative projects that shape our communities!
