  • We're hiring a Website Project Manager on behalf of a fast-paced, full-service digital marketing agency based in our Alpharetta, GA office.
This is a temp-to-perm full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and has a passion for keeping web projects organized, teams aligned, and clients informed. As a key member of the team, you'll manage website projects across the agency's core web services including website development and design, SEO, branding, content, and website maintenance. The right candidate is a natural communicator, highly organized, and comfortable leading web projects from kickoff through final delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end website projects from kickoff through delivery, including website design and development, branding integration when needed, content development, hosting, maintenance, and SEO preservation. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure every site launches on time and aligns with client objectives, Pro-actively communicate with clients including client facing meetings and emails. Lead internal and cross-functional collaboration across creative, development, content, and strategy teams. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets for web development projects. Monitor progress, track tasks, and ensure all web development work stays on schedule and within scope. Identify risks, resolve roadblocks early, and communicate key issues to leadership. Keep documentation, workflows, and status updates current and organized for all web projects. Ensure all website deliverables meet quality standards and pass QA testing prior to launch. Adapt to changing project needs by managing revisions to scope, timing, or budget for web initiatives. Support post-launch handoff, client training, CMS guidance, maintenance coordination, and documentation as needed. Coordinate website launches, testing phases, and post-launch optimization efforts. Evaluate project outcomes to ensure successful delivery of both short- and long-term web goals.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Candidates seeking a hybrid or remote position should not apply. 4+ years of project management experience specifically managing website development projects in a digital marketing or creative agency environment is required. Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered. 4+ years of hands-on experience working with design and development teams with deep knowledge of web development best practices, QA workflows, and website launch processes. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, web development, or a related field. Strong understanding of website development lifecycle including UX/UI design, frontend and backend development, SEO implementation, content management systems, and website optimization. Experience in managing multiple website projects simultaneously with strong time management and attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Proficient in project management and productivity tools including ClickUp, Google Workspace, Zoom, and design collaboration tools. Travel as required for client meetings, presentations, or project milestones.
