Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as the central hub for project planning, execution, and communication, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Duties Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of all phases Facilitate communication between team members, vendors, and external partners to promote transparency and collaboration Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and progress updates Assist with resource allocation and tracking to optimize productivity across projects Manage multiple calendars and schedule meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications Support data entry, filing, and record-keeping to uphold organized project files and records Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via multi-line phone systems and front desk interactions Proofread project materials for accuracy and clarity before dissemination Handle administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and managing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with the Lighting industry is an advantage Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy in all communications Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently Join us as a Project Coordinator where your energy fuels our success!
