Project Manager

  • Atlanta North Metro Canton, GA (Serving North Atlanta Territory) About Us Kitchen Tune-Up of Atlanta North Metro is a fast-growing, high-performance home services business focused on kitchen updates and remodeling solutions.
Led by Theo Ciupitu, we are building a team of driven professionals committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while scaling a multi-million-dollar operation. We've grown from $1M in 2024 to a projected $3M in 2025 , and we're just getting started. The Opportunity This is a hands-on Project Manager role responsible for owning kitchen remodeling projects from start to finish. You will be the bridge between: the client the sales team installation crews This is not a desk job, this is a field + coordination leadership role where you are accountable for timelines, quality, and customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
Project Ownership Manage kitchen projects from kickoff through completion Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and at high quality Conduct job site visits and maintain visibility on all active projects Client Communication Act as the main point of contact for homeowners Set expectations and manage the customer experience Handle issues, changes, and concerns professionally Team & Vendor Coordination Work closely with installers, subcontractors, and internal team members Schedule and manage trades to keep projects moving Hold crews accountable for performance and timelines Job Oversight & Quality Control Monitor progress and resolve issues proactively Ensure all work meets company and customer standards Conduct final walkthroughs and close out projects Administrative & Operational Support Track project progress and updates Communicate with leadership on job status Support smooth handoffs from sales to production
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

Territory:
North Atlanta (Canton, Woodstock, Kennesaw, Marietta, Powder Springs) What We're Looking For Experience managing construction, remodeling, or home service projects Strong ability to manage multiple jobs at once Proven ability to work with subcontractors and field teams Strong communication and customer-facing skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Who You Are Accountable
