Schedule:

Full-Time | 80 hours per pay period

Travel:

Occasional travel to other FLETC sites Make an Impact Where It Matters Most Join a mission-driven team supporting federal law enforcement trainees and personnel. As the Project Manager , you'll lead healthcare operations at FLETC-Glynco—ensuring quality care, operational excellence, and contract compliance in a fast-paced federal environment. What You'll Do Lead and oversee Health Unit operations Serve as primary liaison to Government leadership (COR) Supervise clinical and administrative staff Ensure compliance with federal contract requirements and quality standards Manage reporting, staffing coordination, and operational performance Support operations across multiple FLETC sites as needed

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's in Nursing or accredited healthcare program (ACEN/CCNE or equivalent)

License:

Active, unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state)

Experience:

5+ years healthcare experience 5+ years leadership (clinic, urgent care, ED, or health unit)

Skills:

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
