Job Description

We support our employees through continued training and development to enhance personal and professional growth. We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Project Manager to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating within the commercial construction industry, with a specific focus on HVAC. Essential Job Functions Planning and execution of project work plans, management of day-to-day field operations of projects. Client interaction; scheduling, leading, and recording special and regular status meetings with Client, Subcontractors, and City officials Budget reconciliation and change order review Review deliverables prepared by team members prior to passing to client Verifying project documents are complete and current and keeping project team well informed with effective communication of relevant project information to team members and management Identify, evaluate, and address client needs and propose solutions and resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion, to mitigate team conflict and communication problems and deliver engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations Review of contracts and subcontract agreements ensuring compliance and accountability Ensure proper safety policy and methods are utilized on assigned projects in conjunction with our company Safety policy Purchase job-related materials and equipment, facilitate subcontracts, and maintain on-going controls and records Coordinating with accounting team to produce progress payment applications, review subcontractor payment applications Collaborating with design team on design-build projects Develop favorable relationships with clients in a business development capacity Demonstrate leadership qualities by managing the development of team project tasks, focus on attaining goals, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making constructive suggestions Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions, lead internal task forces, comply with and help enforce standard policies and procedures The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed above Qualifications and Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in the planning and managing of multiple construction projects in various phases of design and construction in a supervisory capacity Experience with standard installation, operations, and maintenance of HVAC systems EPA and
OSHA-10,-30
Certifications highly preferred Ability to handle multiple project related tasks and functions, including procedure, paperwork, and reporting.
