Job Description

CertaPro Painters® of Duluth & Norcross is looking for a Commercial Sales Associate who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and helping commercial clients complete their painting projects. This is NOT a sit-behind-a-desk sales job. You'll spend your time meeting property managers, facility managers, business owners, and other decision-makers throughout the community. You'll inherit an existing book of business while also creating new opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building. If you're organized, proactive, customer-focused, and enjoy working with people, this is an excellent opportunity. What You'll Do Build and develop commercial relationships with people who need a go-to painter. Prospect consistently and create new opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach Meet with property managers, facility managers, business owners, and other decision-makers Maintain and grow an existing book of commercial clients Create estimates using our software (we'll train you) Follow up consistently on estimates and opportunities Visit job sites and maintain customer relationships throughout projects Help ensure projects run smoothly from sale through completion Stay organized to manage follow-up activities and pipeline development Think long-term and focus on building repeat business and lasting client relationships Work closely with production and office staff to ensure an exceptional customer experience Be willing to jump in and help wherever needed as part of a team-first culture. Sales, business development, account management, customer service, project management, or relationship-building experience preferred Prospecting and pipeline development experience is a plus Professional and comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers Strong communication and follow-up skills Organized and responsive with excellent attention to detail Positive attitude and team-player mindset Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented Someone who takes ownership and follows through on commitments Self-starter who does not need constant supervision No-drama personality who contributes positively to the team Compensation And Benefits Base salary: $60,000 Uncapped commission Realistic first year earnings: $75,000-$90,000+ (this includes base salary plus commission) This position rewards repeat work and you receive full commission on that repeat work Company vehicle Health insurance stipend available Paid time off Paid holidays Laptop and cell phone provided Client entertainment and networking budget Ongoing training and development Supportive team environment This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust, staying connected with clients, and creating opportunities through consistent effort and strong relationships.

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
