About the

Role:

Our client is looking for ConOps Consultants with deep experience leading ERP and construction technology implementations for major platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), CMiC, or Oracle. This role is ideal for professionals who understand the unique operational and financial challenges of the construction industry and can translate that expertise into Dynamics-based solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and optimization projects across construction management, cost control, and accounting functions using Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Partner with clients to map current and future state processes across project management, billing, and cost management workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional system designs and actionable configuration plans within the Dynamics environment.
• Guide clients through change management and adoption of new tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and strategic input to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience implementing or managing ERP/technology platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, CMiC, Oracle, or similar) within the construction sector.
• Deep understanding of construction project management, cost management, billing, and accounting principles.
• Strong business process mapping and solution design skills.
• Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.
• Prior consulting experience preferred.
