This individual will be responsible for managing project teams, client relationships, budgets, schedules, and overall project execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive retail construction experience, with grocery construction and renovation projects strongly preferred . Responsibilities Lead multiple retail construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Oversee project planning, procurement, and execution activities. Coordinate with field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Review change orders, subcontract agreements, and project forecasts. Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining client satisfaction. Mentor and support Project Managers and Project Engineers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 8+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor. Strong retail construction experience required. Grocery store construction, remodel, or renovation experience strongly preferred. Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls. Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
