This role is critical to ensuring projects move smoothly from kickoff to completion while maintaining accountability, communication, and alignment across departments. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of challenges, and can effectively lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. What You'll Do As the Commercial Operations Manager, you will oversee project execution from sales handoff through final closeout, ensuring projects remain on track and obstacles are resolved quickly. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related issues across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Service, and Installation teams Coordinate communication and alignment between departments to ensure seamless project execution Drive accountability and maintain project momentum throughout the project lifecycle Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure customer commitments are met Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, workflow gaps, and project risks Support Account Executives with rollout coordination, escalation management, and customer communication Coordinate technical communication between Engineering, Manufacturing, Installation, and Sales teams Ensure installation readiness, scheduling accuracy, dispatch planning, and resource availability Support resolution of field issues, installation challenges, warranty concerns, and customer escalations Facilitate project handoffs to ensure information is complete, accurate, and delivered on time Audit workflows and processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and accountability Drive continuous improvement initiatives across commercial operations Ensure project closeout documentation and customer requirements are completed accurately and on schedule Required Skills & Qualifications Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent organizational and project coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to influence teams and drive accountability without direct authority Proven ability to resolve conflicts and navigate complex situations High sense of urgency and commitment to achieving results Strong follow-through and ownership mentality Ability to create structure and clarity in changing environments Strategic thinker with strong adaptability and sound judgment Technical aptitude and ability to understand engineering concepts, project requirements, and operational processes Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business management systems Preferred Experience Project management, operations management, construction management, manufacturing operations, engineering coordination, or related experience Experience working in manufacturing, construction, fabrication, engineering, or project-based industries Experience supporting customer-facing projects and operational execution Why Uni-Structures?
