Job Description

This opportunity is with a collaborative design-build construction firm, where projects are managed from concept through completion under one integrated team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects from preconstruction through close-out, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

In this role, you will manage budgets, schedules, communication, and coordination while working closely with internal design teams, clients, and subcontractors. This position offers a mix of in-office work and on-site project involvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with budgeting, schedule development, proposal preparation, and defining project scopeCoordinate with in-house design teams to align scope with budget and support permitting effortsServe as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, leading meetings and providing regular updatesManage subcontractor buyouts, track project progress, monitor costs, and ensure safety and compliance standardsSupport the development of scopes of work, contracts, and change ordersOversee punch list completion, final documentation, and project close-out activitiesIdentify project risks, implement solutions, and ensure deadlines and quality expectations are metCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project successQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience leading construction projects to completion on time and within budgetStrong organizational, communication, and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and BluebeamAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentSolid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsTeam-oriented with a positive, "can-do" attitudeWillingness to travel approximately 20-25% for site visits and project coordination
