Job Description

Job Title:
Restoration Project Manager (Mitigation & Emergency Services) About Us We don't just fix buildings; we help people get their lives back after a disaster. We are looking for a sharp, driven Restoration Project Manager who can take a job from the initial emergency call all the way to the finish line. What You'll Be Doing Winning the Job & Setting It Up (Sales & Inspections) Be the
First Responder:
When a plumber calls in a referral, you are on the move and on-site within 60 to 90 minutes.
Inspect & Document:
Break out the infrared cameras and moisture meters to figure out a scope.
Lock It In:
Secure a signed Work Authorization and the insurance claim number before you leave the property. (You'll also guide the homeowner to wait for you to arrive before they call their insurance carrier so the claim is framed correctly). Get to
Work:
Ensure a minimum of a dehumidifier and an air scrubber are set up before you head out. If demolition is needed, grab those asbestos samples.
Tech Work:
Map out the job site using Albi Capture to create a sketch, and make sure your Drybook and first-day notes are wrapped up before the end of the day. Log the asbestos samples and Chain of Custody (COC) before you clock out.
Insurance Coordination:
Fire off an initial email with the project scope and photos to the homeowner's insurance carrier within 24 hours of landing the job. Owning the Project (Management Expectations)
Know Your Jobs:
You always need to know exactly how your jobs are progressing.
Morning Routine:
Every morning starts in Albi with a quick CRM audit, answering client/insurance emails, knocking out production tasks, and handling issues on-site.
Crew Sync:
Team up with the operations manager and run a daily sync with the technicians to ensure they have the right scope to crush your jobs. Keep Everyone in the
Loop:
Talk to the insurance adjuster at least once and the customer at least once while the job is active.
Scope Control:
Make sure the technicians are following the game plan. If the scope of the job expands, it's on you to update the Drybook (the techs won't be doing this).
Accountability:
If you set up your job right on Day 1, managing it will be smooth sailing—any forgotten Day 1 tasks are your responsibility to go back and fix. If a sale doesn't go through, you'll provide a detailed breakdown to Matt or Nick.
What We're Looking For Industry Know-How:
Solid experience in disaster restoration, water mitigation, or insurance claims.
Software Savvy:
Comfort using tech on the job. If you already know Albi and Albi Capture , that's a huge plus.
Ownership Mentality:
Someone who doesn't need to be micro-managed and takes pride in airtight documentation (Drybooks, COCs, day-one notes).
People Skills:
You can talk to an stressed-out homeowner, an insurance adjuster, and a field technician all in the same hour and keep everyone on the same page.
