Compensation:
$70,000•$82,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Benefits Overview A respected commercial glass and glazing contractor in the Atlanta market is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated construction professional with experience managing commercial glazing projects who is looking to continue developing their career with a stable and well-established organization. The Project Manager will oversee commercial glazing projects from award through completion while working closely with clients, general contractors, vendors, field personnel, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the life of each project Manage multiple commercial glazing projects from preconstruction through closeout Plan, organize, and coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and track change orders Review project documents, shop drawings, submittals, and specifications Identify and resolve project challenges proactively while maintaining strong client relationships Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and field teams Support company initiatives focused on quality, safety, and client satisfaction Project Experience Desired Candidates should have experience managing commercial glazing projects involving a combination of: Storefront Systems Curtain Wall Systems (Stick-Built and Unitized) Interior Glass Systems Metal Panel Systems Glass & Metal Railing Systems Commercial Office Buildings Healthcare Facilities Education Projects Hospitality Projects Mixed-Use Developments Multifamily Projects Qualifications 4-5 years of Project Management experience within the commercial glass and glazing industry Strong understanding of glazing systems, fabrication processes, installation sequencing, and project execution Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Adobe Pro DC, or similar construction software Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture degree preferred but not required Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand, and climb ladders during project site visits Comfortable navigating active construction sites and varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally (plans, samples, project materials)
