$100,000 - $140,000You'll manage complex mechanical construction and retrofit projects for a well-established commercial contractor known for delivering high-quality HVAC and plumbing solutions across a wide range of industries. This role is ideal for a project manager who thrives in a technical, fast-paced environment and values precision, collaboration, and long-term client partnerships.

What You'll DoOversee mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and budget alignment.

Coordinate with engineers, field technicians, subcontractors, and clients to maintain schedules and resolve technical challenges.

Manage HVAC and plumbing system installations, retrofits, tenant improvements, and mission-critical environments such as data centers and clean rooms.

Review drawings, specifications, and design-build documentation to ensure constructability and compliance.

Support operational assessments, energy optimization initiatives, and custom mechanical solutions tailored to client needs.

Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and reliable project execution.

What You BringProven experience managing mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing construction projects.

Strong understanding of commercial mechanical systems, including air-cooled and water-cooled applications, critical cooling, and industrial processes.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
