We are seeking a Project Coordinator to work on a jobsite at our Beltline Electric company in Newnan, Georgia. Based in Paducah, KY, Beltline Electric is a trusted electrical contractor specializing in industrial projects. Since 1957, they have provided expert services in power systems, automation, and maintenance across the region.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support Project Managers and teams with administrative tasks, including meeting minutes and progress tracking. Assist Project Managers with overall project performance and execution. Prepare and maintain accurate logs, submittals, shop drawings, and contact lists. Compile and complete close-out documentation. Maintain accurate and organized project files and records. Attend customer meetings and assist in determining project requirements. Communicate project requirements effectively to customers and team members. Prepare project-related correspondence as needed. Assist in creating and maintaining construction schedules.
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM
2+ years of construction experience, a college degree, or equivalent trade experience preferred. Proficiency in construction-related software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
