A candidate with strong experience in Mechanical Construction projects will strongly be considered and interviewed. This is a Commissioning Specialist (Mechanical) position. All candidates must meet the following expectations and be able to work independently with minimal oversight. As a Commissioning Specialist, you will be responsible for checklists, observations, meeting attendance, witnessing tests and procedures, customer satisfaction and other duties as assigned.
What You'll Do:
- + Understanding and following communication plans with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project status + Understanding project schedules, milestones, critical path, ability to identify future looking planning needs and constraints + Collaborate with technicians, team leads, and other PMs to perform project Cx tasks, meet schedule requirements, communication project progress, and review of plans / specifications and submittals' + Support customer satisfaction initiatives by building customer relationships, investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions as directed + Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with internal and external customers •What you'll need (minimum qualifications):•+ Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Good to have:
- + 1-5 years' experience in the field of HVAC + Experience working with building owners is preferred
