Job Description

A respected and growing mechanical contracting organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong industrial construction experience to support large-scale projects and lead operational execution across the field. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional who thrives in fast-paced industrial environments and enjoys leading complex projects from kickoff through completion. The organization has a strong reputation for quality, long-term client relationships, and continued growth across the Southeast. The Senior Project Manager will play a critical role in overseeing project performance, customer relationships, scheduling, financial execution, subcontractor coordination, safety, and overall project delivery. This individual will partner closely with operations leadership, field teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered successfully and with excellence.
Ideal experience includes:
Industrial construction or industrial mechanical project management Large-scale HVAC, piping, plumbing, process mechanical, or related industrial systems Managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, distribution, mission-critical, or processing environments The organization offers competitive compensation, strong benefits, long-term career growth, and the opportunity to join a highly respected team with a strong project pipeline and collaborative culture.
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
