• We are seeking a reliable and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee daily job site operations and manage field employees. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to lead crews while ensuring projects stay on schedule and run efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills, leadership experience, and the ability to be the main point of contact for employees and job site coordination. Responsibilities Track and manage employee hours and attendance Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding job-related questions or issues Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members as needed Supervise employees on job sites and ensure work is being completed properly and safely Keep projects organized and on schedule Coordinate daily job site activities and crew assignments Maintain professionalism and accountability among team members Report progress and issues to upper management Ensure quality standards are met on all projects Qualifications 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience required Construction industry experience preferred Epoxy installation experience is a plus, but not required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Valid driver's license required Compensation Pay based on experience Opportunities for growth within the company
