Salary:

$125,000 - $180,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Per DiemFounded in 1947, we are a self performing general contractor specializing in water and wastewater treatment plant construction, structural concrete, mechanical installation, and heavy civil infrastructure. Our teams deliver complex municipal and industrial treatment projects across the Southeast with a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead all project planning, financial management, subcontractor coordination, and client communication for major treatment plant projects in the Atlanta metro area.

What You Will Be DoingManage all phases of water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and field executionOversee project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, pay applications, change orders, and subcontractor billingCoordinate with engineers, owners, and internal teams to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirementsLead subcontractor management including scope alignment, progress tracking, and issue resolutionMaintain project schedules, risk logs, RFIs, submittals, and documentation to support on-time deliverySupport field teams with sequencing, constructability reviews, and technical problem solvingDrive jobsite safety culture and ensure adherence to company and regulatory safety standardsRepresent the company in progress meetings, client updates, and project closeout activitiesWhat You Need for This Position5+ years of Project Management experience with a self-performing general contractorDirect experience managing water and wastewater treatment plant construction projectsStrong understanding of concrete structures, mechanical systems, process piping, and treatment-plant equipment installationProven ability to manage project financials, schedules, and subcontractor performanceExperience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documentationAbility to lead cross-functional teams and maintain strong client relationships
