The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating and selling jobs to drive sales growth, managing jobs to completion, and building strong relationships with customers. This role requires a blend of analytical and computer skills, effective communication, and a strong understanding of construction. The Account Manager and Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Duties Generate concrete sawing, coring, and removal jobs sales through cold-calls, job site visits, and incoming customer calls. Jobs can range in size from an hour to complete to months-long projects. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle while providing insight and recommendations to address customers' needs. Communicate effectively with customers, operators, and internal staff. Determine equipment needs for jobs and order / call-off rental equipment when needed. Manage contract expectations as necessary, including complete billing of scope of work and managing change orders as needed. Represent the Company with the customer during project execution and discuss changes in scope of work with customer ensuring proper documentation is completed. Attend networking events to increase visibility and name recognition in the industry. Qualifications Strong computer, verbal and written communication skills. Concrete cutting experience a plus. Well-versed in construction terminology and familiar with concrete construction (slab on grade, elevated slabs, footers, and walls) and knowledge of how to calculate square and cubic footage and estimate the weight of concrete to be removed, and develop a plan for the removal of the concrete. Understanding of building plans with ability to do construction takeoffs. Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record.
