Job Description

Assistant Project Manager Cape Fox Shared Services dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) United States, Georgia, Savannah May 28, 2026 Cape Fox, subsidiary Mountain Point is seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager. The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in the planning and execution of a client's project. The Assistant Project Manager completes the day-to-day tasks involved in planning and implementing a project, like coordinating with vendors, monitoring budget spending and collaborating with other departments to find resources and more information for a project. This team member will also assist with U.S. Army policy requirements to maintain an Authority to Operate (ATO). Other duties may be assigned as needed in the future by management. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
Analyzing data as required
Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and drawing estimates
Tracking and reporting project progress
Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
Playing an active role in helping the organization set up and execute preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, or any other preferred maintenance program The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, for fulltime, benefit eligible positions we offer a variety of benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance as well as 401K with company match.
