Our desired candidate will have a BS in Engineering, Building Construction or Management. The client's company specializes in the construction of Water and Wastewater Treatment facilities, Infrastructure work (i.e. Gravity Pipe, Force Main and Storm Water), Pump Stations, Tunnels and Trenchless Projects. Experience in Municipal Construction (Water/Wastewater Treatment and Utilities) desired. Responsibilities:
Major responsibilities include ? day-to-day management of the Project, management of all suppliers and subcontractors, Project Scheduling, establish and maintaining Project budgets, estimating, prepare and oversee Pay Applications and payment, and daily interface with the Project Superintendent.
