  • Full-time Overview This position requires someone who is bilingual in Spanish and English. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Synthetic Turf Project Manager
  • Driver to lead the installation and maintenance of synthetic turf projects.
This role combines hands-on project management with skilled driving responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution of turf installations. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for landscaping, construction, and outdoor maintenance, along with strong leadership qualities to oversee teams and coordinate project workflows. Responsibilities Manage the transportation of synthetic turf materials, equipment, and tools to various job sites efficiently and safely. Oversee the setup, installation, and ongoing maintenance of synthetic turf surfaces, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Supervise landscaping crews and subcontractors during project execution, providing clear direction and support to meet deadlines. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to schedule deliveries, installations, and inspections seamlessly. Conduct quality control inspections on completed projects to ensure durability, appearance, and compliance with industry standards. Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, vehicle logs, safety reports, and inventory records. Ensure all driving activities comply with local traffic laws and company safety policies while promoting a culture of safety on-site. Experience Proven experience in synthetic turf installation, landscape maintenance. Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments. Knowledge of lawn care practices, horticulture principles, irrigation systems, gardening techniques, and tree care is highly desirable. Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects including site preparation and maintenance work. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience operating commercial vehicles or trucks required for transporting materials safely and efficiently.
