Manages more than one project during all phases of the project to completion. What You'll Do Project Planning & Strategy:
Assist in defining project scope, budget, and fees, and develop strategic plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
Project Management & Coordination:
Oversee all project phases, managing schedules, budgets, communications, and documentation for efficient execution.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead and guide project teams and consultants while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering presentations.
Design & Technical Expertise:
Apply knowledge of building systems and sustainable/LEED design, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integration into projects.
Performance & Work Efficiency:
Work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office, with strong communication and attention to detail.
