We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, certified payroll, and project closeout activities.
Responsibilities:
Manage project documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams. Support budgeting, billing, and project tracking. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with prevailing wage and labor requirements. Train staff and improve project workflows and processes.
Qualifications:
Experience in construction project administration or project coordination. Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and certified payroll. Strong organizational and communication skills.
