We're growing and looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our team. Compensation & Benefits $60,000/year base salary 25% overhead & profit commission on collected projects (paid monthly) Health, vision, and dental insurance Company vehicle provided within 30 days Gas allowance / mileage reimbursement up to $320/month 6 paid holidays + 5 personal days off Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM (approximately 40-60 hours/week). Weekend oversight required as needed. Must be available for emergencies. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise assigned restoration jobs from start to completion Coordinate crew schedules and motivate field team members Communicate job status and updates directly with customers and insurance adjusters Document scope of work, drying records, and remediation reports for all assigned jobs Submit job paperwork to admin and estimators; maintain accurate CRM records Conduct moisture mapping on all jobs using Job Dox Dry App Schedule and oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance Deliver signable documents to customers and office staff Attend weekly and bi-monthly production meetings Assist with new hire onboarding and training Requirements OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 encouraged) IICRC Water Certification required Experience with multi-unit AOAO/insurance claims strongly preferred Ability to work alongside crew members in the field Strong communication skills with clients, adjusters, and team members Familiarity with HO1, HO3, HO6, and master policy claims a plus Rescue One Restoration is an equal opportunity employer.
