Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills. Duties Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications.. Manage all aspects of estimating, including quantity take-offs, cost analysis, Oversee contract negotiations and administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and project specifications. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Conduct site visits to monitor activities, verify quality standards, review safety protocols, and ensure adherence to project plans. Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders through regular meetings and detailed reporting on project status and risks. Manage project schedules proactively by adjusting timelines based on progress updates while maintaining momentum toward project completion. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards throughout the construction process. Experience Proven experience managing large-scale commercial projects with a strong track record of successful delivery. Strong understanding of contracts management, procurement procedures, and subcontractor coordination. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills. Pay:
$65,080.06 - $78,375.99 per year
