Vendor Management Specialist, 4 Expert

Robert Half is partnering with a leading Financial Services organization seeking a highly detail-oriented Vendor Management Analyst to support outsourced technology resource management functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys working with complex data across multiple systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage data accuracy across multiple systems and stakeholder inputsPartner with leadership, Fieldglass PMO, Workplace Managers, and suppliers to ensure alignment and data integrityTrack and manage contractor lifecycle processes and reporting

Monthly Reporting & Analysis:

Review and document Active Directory (AD) build request profilesPartner with Tech Leads to validate resource needs and update profile requirementsReconcile and resolve discrepancies between SAP Fieldglass and ServiceNow PPM time trackingCalculate and report contractor metricsAudit SAP Fieldglass contractor roster for accuracyMonitor and update contractor expiration dates prior to PMO submissionTrack and report SLA, KPI, and CPI metricsAnalyze contractor onboarding lifecycle performance

Support job posting submissions and updates in partnership with the Fieldglass PMO teamCommunicate proactively with stakeholders and follow up to ensure timely data validationNavigate ambiguity and make informed, process-driven decisions
