Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION A
growing and well-established reinforcing steel contractor is seeking an experienced Rebar Project Manager to oversee commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and large-scale construction projects from award through completion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected organization with a strong backlog of work and long-term career growth potential.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage reinforcing steel projects from contract award through final closeout Coordinate estimating handoff, detailing, fabrication, delivery, and field installation activities Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and manpower forecasts Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, engineers, detailers, and field personnel Review contracts, plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Coordinate material procurement, production schedules, and jobsite deliveries Monitor project costs, labor productivity, and financial performance Negotiate and manage change orders and scope modifications Track project progress and maintain strong client relationships Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience as a Rebar Project Manager or graduates with Construction Management Degree Strong understanding of reinforcing steel detailing, fabrication, and installation processes Experience managing commercial, industrial, infrastructure, transportation, or large-scale construction projects Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications Knowledge of CRSI standards and reinforcing steel industry practices Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary:
