Job Description

Lead complex, high-visibility HVAC projects for a rapidly growing mechanical contractor with a proven track record in higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial sectors. Responsibilities:
Oversee HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline expectations are met. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams. Develop and manage project budgets and schedules. Identify and resolve project challenges proactively. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
5+ years of HVAC Project Management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
