Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale migration waves impacting customer-facing operations Influence executive stakeholders and shape enterprise priorities Coordinate across a team of approximately 16 project managers in a complex, high-impact environment Drive cloud transformation initiatives across IVR, agent workflows, and workforce management systems Play a key role in redefining customer experience and enhancing agent productivity at scale What's Needed? 7+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education Experience with large-scale project delivery and complex stakeholder management Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Knowledge of cloud platforms and contact center operations is preferred What's in it for me?
