Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects, including defining and documenting scope, schedule, and budget. Ensure project objectives are met by applying effective project controls and maintaining a strong focus on team safety. Lead safety and quality efforts by enforcing compliance with company policies, coordinating training, conducting audits, and supporting design reviews. Collaborate with internal teams (Safety, Environmental, Legal) to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain robust safety programs. Coordinate project execution by tracking progress, managing resources, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on status, risks, and solutions while leading meetings and follow-up actions. Support planning and development activities, including change management, RFQs, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management (or equivalent experience). Strong project management expertise, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning. Excellent organizational, multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills with a proven ability to drive projects to completion. Effective collaboration and teamwork abilities, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams and facilitating meetings. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures independently. Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), along with strong negotiation and partnering skills.
Preferences:
Certification in Business Process Management (PMP). Minimum of five years' experience as a primary Project Manager. Background supporting Semiconductor Fabrication (Fabs) or Data Center projects.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
