Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial, industrial, and high-tech mechanical construction projects throughout the Boise area. This role is responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement activities, contract administration, customer relationships, and project safety. The ideal candidate will have experience managing mechanical construction, HVAC, process piping, MEP, industrial construction, or manufacturing facility projects and be comfortable leading projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and project documentation
  • Lead project planning and execution activities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Drive project safety, quality, and performance objectives
  • Support business development and customer growth initiatives Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Experience in Mechanical Construction, HVAC, Process Piping, MEP, Industrial Construction, or related industries
  • Strong budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and subcontractor management experience
  • Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered Preferred Experience
