Marketech International Corp. USA provides an extensive service network. Our business scope covers CMP, photomask, wafer and mask inspection, consumable spare parts, SOI wafer, LCD process and inspection equipment and materials; outsourcing service in tool manufacturing; clean room and MEP turnkey projects, DI water, gas and chemical supply systems, water treatment systems, facility monitoring and control system, etc.
Job overview:
The Project Manager leads MICU's Idaho semiconductor construction project team and serves as the primary interface with the client-side PM. This role owns overall project execution, client communication, schedule, cost, risk, safety/quality alignment, and coordination across different departments. This position requires direct semiconductor PM experience, with strong understanding of tool installation, wet mechanical/process utility scope, high-purity piping, DI/UPW, chemical/gas systems, and complex MEP sequencing.
General Responsibilities:
Act as the client-facing project lead and maintain consistent communication with the client-side. Own project scope, execution planning, schedule, cost control, change management, risk mitigation, reporting, and project closeout/handover. Oversee semiconductor-specific construction scopes, including cleanroom work, wet mechanical/process utilities, high-purity piping, tool installation support, hook-up coordination, commissioning support, and turnover readiness. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, procurement, field teams, and client stakeholders to resolve interface issues and drive schedule performance. Review progress, critical path, resource needs, material readiness, quality issues, safety risks, and recovery plans with functional leads. Ensure project execution complies with safety, quality, cleanroom, contamination-control, permitting, and client requirements. Provide regular progress updates, KPIs, issue logs, escalation items, and lessons learned to leadership and client stakeholders.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field required. 5+ years of construction project management experience required. Direct semiconductor fab, cleanroom, tool install, or high-tech manufacturing construction experience required. Experience managing multidisciplinary site teams, subcontractors, vendors, project controls, safety, quality, and material/logistics interfaces. Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, or similar project management/document control systems.
PMP, PE, OSHA
30, or equivalent project/construction credentials preferred.
Skills:
Strong client-facing communication, leadership, negotiation, and escalation management. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Strong understanding of semiconductor construction sequencing, tool installation interfaces, and high-purity/cleanroom requirements. Strong schedule, cost, risk, resource, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced construction environment and support overtime/weekend needs when project conditions require.

$100,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
