Specialties include OSP/ISP engineering, design, permitting, right-of-way and CAD for traditional and wireless telecommunications companies.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor shared team email inboxes Assign incoming projects and track workload distribution Assist with billing, invoicing, and project tracking Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and trackers in Excel Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely responses Track project statuses, deadlines, and deliverables Help maintain organized records and documentation Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks as needed We are looking for someone who has: Strong Organizational and multitasking skills Advanced in Microsoft excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with billing, invoicing, or project coordination Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience working in a fast-paced operations or project environment #M4
