The Source to Pay (S2P) Transformation Program Manager leads change and value realization across a portfolio of S2P initiatives. AI-enabled process invention and adoption are key. This role partners closely with the Director to translate vision into actionable roadmaps, integrated plans, and measurable outcomes—ensuring benefits are defined, delivered, and sustained across process, data, platform, and people workstreams. In a global, matrixed environment, this role drives a cohesive program team across Procurement, AP, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes. The Program Manager ensures tight alignment on priorities, clear decisioning, and disciplined execution to realize efficiency, cycle-time reduction, compliance, and user experience improvements. This role requires grit, tenacity and a bias towards action.
Responsibilities:
  • Program delivery & governance: Build and manage aligned plans, achievements, dependencies, risks and mitigations, and executive reporting across the S2P transformation portfolio.
  • Value realization: Define KPIs and baselines with process owners; track benefits, surface gaps, and drive actions to deliver measurable impact.
  • Stakeholder alignment: Facilitate decision forums, resolve tradeoffs, and keep all partners aligned on scope, sequencing, risks and outcomes.
  • Performance & sustainment: Establish run-state metrics and operational handoffs to sustain improvements and support continuous optimization.
  • Enablement coordination: Coordinate with process, data, technology and people teams to ensure readiness and smooth deployment. Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of experience in program/project management, business transformation, change management, or process excellence in a global organization.
  • Led cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment, driving strong partner alignment through rigorous planning, governance, and effective stakeholder management.
  • Working knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes (e.g., sourcing, contracting, requisitioning, purchase orders, supplier master/data governance, invoicing, and payment).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise executive-level communications (status, decisions needed, risks, and value delivered).
  • Self-starter who consistently favors proactive efforts and demonstrated execution excellence leading complex global programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Program governance and dependency management.
  • Benefits definition, critical metric base-lining, and value realization tracking.
  • Source-to-Pay process orientation with continuous improvement approach.
