Mitigation Manager

Water Mitigation Manager Top pay - $70,000 with quarterly goal bonus payouts. We are a top Plumbing and Water Restoration company in Boise, and we have an amazing opportunity for our thriving water cleanup division! We are looking for an experienced Restoration/Mitigation Manager to lead our driven team of professionals! Ideal candidate will have minimum 2-4 years of managing Water Restoration or Construction Crew, IICRC Certifications, Experience adjusting insurance claims, Writing invoices in Xactimate.

Responsibilities include:

Promote our commercial and residential services for properties that have been damaged by water Overseeing projects to ensure they are done to industry standard with efficiency Front line and first responder for our company Inspect site and present solutions to the customer Be the initial point of contact with insurance adjusters and liaison to property owner Ensure project is completed in established time frame and to the customer's satisfaction Fulfill sales quota Coordinate workforce and schedule projects Organize/maintain department certifications and workflow Requirements include: Sales experience preferably in the restoration or service industry Managing Restoration Crew and Schedule Xactimate software experience is a must Negotiations with adjusters Assisting with crew in field as needed Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers Able to work in a fast-paced environment Assist with growth in the department Meeting quarterly sales quota IICRC certification preferred Excellent Benefits package including: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Sales Incentives Company Vehicle, laptop, phone Come join our team and enjoy a professional, comfortable atmosphere in which to further your career in Water Cleanup.
