This position is responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and customer relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. What you'll do Manage telecommunications construction projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, field operations, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Develop and maintain project schedules, forecasts, budgets, and production plans Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project delivery Coordinate with construction, engineering, permitting, and support teams to ensure project milestones are achieved Review and approve project documentation, change orders, invoices, and financial reports Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to customers and leadership regarding project status, risks, and opportunities Manage subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to scope, schedule, and quality expectations Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability What you'll need Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered 3+ years of project management experience within telecommunications, broadband, utility, construction, or infrastructure environments Experience managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and customer relationships Strong understanding of construction operations, project controls, and contract administration Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong financial acumen with experience reviewing project costs, budgets, and profitability metrics Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management and ERP systems preferred Ability to travel as needed to support project and customer requirements Why grow your career with us Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
