Sales Manager Responsibilities The Project Manager will oversee roofing, repair, and gutter projects from start to finish while making sure jobs are completed safely, professionally, on schedule, and to ID Roofing's quality standards.Responsibilities include:
Managing active roofing, repair, and gutter job sites in the field Coordinating project schedules with crews, homeowners, suppliers, and internal team members Communicating clearly with customers before, during, and after projects Ordering and confirming materials for upcoming jobs Monitoring project progress through regular site visits Taking photos, documenting job progress, and keeping project notes updated Using company software such as JobNimbus, CompanyCam, and other project management tools Performing quality checks and final inspections Helping ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Assisting with repair estimates, project scopes, and insurance-related documentation when needed Supporting change orders, collections, and customer follow-up when appropriate Solving job site issues quickly and professionally Representing ID Roofing with professionalism in the field Ideal Candidate We are looking for a hands-on field leader who can manage people, schedules, customers, and details. Roofing or construction experience is preferred, but strong time management, communication, and self-motivation are just as important.The ideal candidate is:
Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong with time management and follow-through Comfortable communicating with homeowners, crews, and suppliers Detail-oriented with photos, documentation, and job notes Able to manage several projects at once Professional, reliable, and accountable Experienced in roofing, gutters, repairs, or construction project management Comfortable using software and mobile apps Able to solve problems without waiting to be told every next step Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Requirements Valid driver's license Clean driving record Reliable personal vehicle to start Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs Comfortable working outside and on active job sites Ability to pass a background check Roofing or construction experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Available Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays as needed Growth & Performance Incentives ID Roofing rewards high performers. This position has strong long-term earning potential for someone who can manage projects well, communicate professionally, and help drive company growth. Qualified high performers may be eligible for additional performance incentives based on production, sales volume, and overall results. These incentives may include bonus opportunities, gas or phone-related bonuses, and future vehicle support after proven performance.
