Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate gutter installation projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and blueprint reading will drive project success and foster strong collaboration among stakeholders. Duties Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Planswift and CRM's. Coordinate with builder clients, roofers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met. Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling and tracking tools like Jobber and Arcsite and Project management platforms; adjust plans proactively to stay on track. Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and company is hitting weekly and hourly labor rates and targets. Manage 50-200 clients in the pipeline to communicate prompty and effectively, conduct site inspections and manage construction site experience. Manage subcontractor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee change orders to control costs and timelines effectively. Document management throughout the project lifecycle. Experience Proven experience in construction management or project coordination. Strong proficiency with construction estimating tools and software. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Hands-on construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety standards and site logistics. Familiarity with contracts management, project scheduling techniques, and construction management best practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. Must be able to lift 75 pounds or more with proer saftey on a daily basis and comfortable to go in the field with hard hat, proper PPE and communicate with contractors and in field employees. Pay:
$52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
