Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our siding team. Where we have residential and commercial siding projects from start to finish. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Manage siding and exterior construction projects from planning through completion Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and installation crews Review blueprints, project specs, and contracts Schedule projects, order materials, and track budgets Conduct site visits to ensure quality and OSHA safety compliance Resolve job site issues, delays, and change orders Maintain project documentation and provide status updates Qualifications 3-5+ years of construction project management experience (siding preferred) Knowledge of siding materials (vinyl, fiber cement, wood, metal) Ability to read blueprints and construction documents Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Experience with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.) Valid driver's license; ability to travel to job sites OSHA knowledge preferred Work Environment Mix of office and on-site work Frequent local travel Outdoor work in varying weather Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay + performance bonuses Health, dental, vision insurance + other voluntary benefit options! 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays
