The Idaho Transportation Department ( ITD ) is hiring a Project Manager 1 to join our team located in District 4, Twin Falls, ID. This position will oversee the delivery of highway construction projects from project initiation through completion. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing construction contracts, monitoring project budgets and schedules, resolving construction-related issues, and ensuring compliance with department standards, specifications, and federal requirements. The Project Manager serves as a key liaison between contractors, consultants, engineers, and department stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
+ Manage highway construction projects and contracts to ensure work is completed in accordance with department standards, specifications, budgets, and schedules + Administer construction contracts, including contract monitoring, payment documentation, change management, and claim avoidance activities + Coordinate with contractors, consultants, design teams, and department personnel to address project issues and ensure successful project delivery + Review construction activities, inspection reports, testing results, and materials documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements + Monitor project budgets and prepare payment estimates and related documentation using project management and contract administration software To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
