The Sales & Project Manager will oversee roofing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. As a key representative of O'Danny Boy Builders, you will focus on generating leads, building customer relationships, closing sales, and overseeing project execution to ensure customer satisfaction. With our highly competitive commissions structures, our First-Year Project Managers average upwards of $80,000 annually, and our Tenured Project Managers average over $150,000. This is a commission-only role, with uncapped earning potential for high performers. This position is has no caps on commissions, so you can set your own schedule and make what you want to make.
