We deliver a strategic mix of geotechnical and structural solutions to commercial contractors in many different market sectors. The services we specialize in include: Micropiles, Vibratory-Stone Columns, Helicals, Rigid Inclusions, and Aggregate Piers. The quality of work we've performed in the past has earned us a position as a top leader in geotechnical construction throughout the nation. We are looking to add a Project Manager to assist in our Project Management department. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing, family-owned and oriented company.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates and supervises construction activities such as scheduling and materials ordering.
  • Originates and tracks change orders on projects.
  • Work with field superintendents to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget and with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
  • Confer with supervisory personnel, in-house engineering staff, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, design changes, and constructability issues.
  • Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.
  • Prepares, schedules and supervises completion of a final punch list.
  • Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately.
Ensure all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy.

  • Must be extremely organized and capable of working multiple projects and estimates at once. Must be able to see all aspects of the projects to close, not allowing any details to go unattended
  • Finance/Budgeting
  • Responsible for maintaining and reviewing an accurate financial statement for each project in coordination with accounting. Identify issues promptly and offer remedies for a profitable resolution.
  • Communication
  • Displays strong written and oral communication skills and employs effective listening skills.
  • Problem Solving
  • Work with field personnel and management to come to a quick resolution of problems.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of successful Estimating/Project Management experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experienced in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction.
  • Experienced managing multiple projects.
  • Professionally and technically competent.
