Job Description
Who We Are Amberleaf Home is a fast-growing, Chicago-based manufacturer of custom cabinetry and millwork. We deliver made-to-order casework and millwork solutions for multifamily construction projects and residential clients across the country
- built to spec, built to last, and built right here in America.
- keeping projects organized, communication tight, and nothing falling through the cracks. This is an entry-level role built for someone who is exceptionally organized, a strong communicator, and eager to build a career in construction project management. You don't need years of casework experience
- you need to be the kind of person who figures things out, follows through, and raises the bar on everything they touch. You'll work directly alongside our Project Manager and Senior PM teams, supporting the full lifecycle of custom casework and millwork projects from PO through punch list
- and building the skills to grow into a Jr.
Required:
0-2 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a related field Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail- you notice what others miss Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable corresponding with GC teams and internal stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Ability to manage multiple open tasks simultaneously without dropping the ball A proactive, self-directed work ethic
- you don't wait to be told twice
Preferred:
Exposure to construction, manufacturing, or interior finish trades (casework, millwork, cabinetry, or similar) Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Procore, or equivalent Ability to read basic architectural or shop drawings is a plus- not required Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; Chinese language skills are a plus

$43,000.00- $48,000.
