As a Project Coordinator at Amberleaf Home, you're that system
  • keeping projects organized, communication tight, and nothing falling through the cracks. This is an entry-level role built for someone who is exceptionally organized, a strong communicator, and eager to build a career in construction project management. You don't need years of casework experience
  • you need to be the kind of person who figures things out, follows through, and raises the bar on everything they touch. You'll work directly alongside our Project Manager and Senior PM teams, supporting the full lifecycle of custom casework and millwork projects from PO through punch list
  • and building the skills to grow into a Jr.
PM role over time. Responsibilities Support Project Managers in tracking active casework and millwork projects from PO through final delivery Maintain and update project schedules, milestone trackers, and job logs in project management software and related tools Coordinate communication between estimating, engineering, production, and purchasing teams Assist with submittal preparation, RFI logging, change order tracking, and procurement follow-ups Serve as a reliable point of contact for general contractors and GC project teams on day-to-day project questions Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and project documentation with accuracy and consistency Flag scheduling conflicts, open items, and potential delays to the PM team before they become problems Support field visit preparation and post-visit documentation Contribute to process improvement initiatives as the PM team scales Qualifications Don't meet every single requirement? Required:
0-2 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a related field Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • you notice what others miss Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable corresponding with GC teams and internal stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Ability to manage multiple open tasks simultaneously without dropping the ball A proactive, self-directed work ethic
  • you don't wait to be told twice
Preferred:
Exposure to construction, manufacturing, or interior finish trades (casework, millwork, cabinetry, or similar) Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Procore, or equivalent Ability to read basic architectural or shop drawings is a plus
  • not required Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; Chinese language skills are a plus
