In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success and client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse construction initiatives and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring complex projects to life. Duties Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing construction management software such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D to establish timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met throughout all phases. Monitor construction site activities daily, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work progresses according to schematics and blueprints. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining detailed documentation for all project transactions. Oversee project scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar tools to track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables effectively. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure quality standards are maintained across all aspects of construction management. Facilitate communication among stakeholders through clear reporting on project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project coordination on commercial or civil projects. Proficiency in construction estimating software along with advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 or Primavera (P6) for scheduling. Familiarity with Bluebeam for document review and markup as well as Civil 3D for civil design coordination. Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Strong understanding of contracts management and the ability to interpret contractual obligations effectively. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of heavy civil or general construction site practices combined with construction site experience is highly desirable. Ability to utilize construction management software for project tracking, reporting, and documentation purposes.
