About the Role We are searching for an Industrial Hygienist with 2-7 years of relevant experience to join our team! This role is ideal for someone passionate about protecting worker health, solving complex challenges, and fostering meaningful relationships. A Day in Your Life at SevenGen As an Industrial Hygienist on the SevenGen team, you will: Build Technical Mastery by completing a variety of exposure assessment projects to evaluate potential risks in industrial manufacturing settings, including occupational noise, volatile organic compounds, particulates, metals, and other agents using a broad range of precision equipment. Lead Projects and guide field consultants to follow our Proven Process and provide exceptional client experience, keep projects on time, on scope, and on budget Focus on Client Centricity to build strong client relationships and trust through clear communication and tailored solutions. Use Problem-Solving to identify innovative and creative solutions to mitigate risks in collaboration with your team and clients. Act as a Skilled Communicator to craft clear, concise, and actionable reports that translate complex data into meaningful insights for clients. Be a Team Player , foster team collaboration, and contribute to a positive culture. Travel the country to perform meaningful work that improves workplace safety and health and protects the lives and well-being of employees and their families. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field. 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in industrial hygiene. Proven leader in managing projects, teams, or clients Proficiency in OSHA regulations and ACGIH guidelines. Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills. Strong writing skills. Ability to travel up to 50%. Certified Industrial Hygienist designation required Previous consulting experience preferred Why SevenGen? At SevenGen, we are a team and a family.
