Technical Operations Project Manager - •Note this job is part-time to start, then moving to a full-time contract with the potential to convert to FTE Overvi ew We are seeking a Technical Operations Project Manager to lead the integration and implementation of a new data observability and validation platform across a complex technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for a project manager with a strong technical background who can effectively collaborate with engineering, DevOps, architecture, third-party vendors, and customer-facing teams while driving critical initiatives from planning through executi on.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a new enterprise platform is successfully deployed, adopted, and operationalized across the organization. This position requires strong project leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to navigate cross-functional environments while managing multiple stakeholde rs. Key Responsibili tiesLead the implementation and integration of enterprise technology platforms and operational initiati ves.
Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks throughout the project lifecy cle.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including software engineering, technical architecture, cloud infrastructure, technical support, implementation, and external vend ors.
Develop and maintain project plans, status reporting, communication strategies, and governance proces ses.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment across business and technical te ams.
Identify and mitigate project risks, roadblocks, and dependencies to maintain successful project execut ion.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable information for both technical and non-technical audien ces.
Drive adoption, operational readiness, and long-term sustainability of implemented soluti ons.
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership and key stakehold ers. Required Qualifica tionsBachelor's degree requ ired.5+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or related r oles.
Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives within SaaS or technology-driven environm ents.
Strong technical foundation with the ability to work effectively with software development, technical architecture, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, implementation, support, and vendor t eams.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environ ment.
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal sk ills.
